Articulate L was developed by a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). The application serves as a fundamental training tool designed to aid individuals in practicing the /l/ phoneme, particularly beneficial for English language learners. It caters to those who struggle with the omission, distortion, substitution, and articulation of the /l/ sound.

Containing a curated collection of 145 words and corresponding images, Articulate L offers users the chance to hone their pronunciation skills through auditory stimulation or flashcard-based exercises. Engaging users with an interactive matching game, the app efficiently maintains motivation levels during articulation practice sessions.

This resource is ideal for tackling various phonological processes such as liquid gliding, cluster simplification, weak syllable deletion, and final consonant deletion. Users are granted opportunities to articulate /l/ across different phonetic environments including:
